SHIPPING

MADE TO ORDER

We hold no inventory of finished pegs. Every set is machined, coated,
and assembled after you order it. Production takes 2-3 weeks before
your package ships.

This isn't a delay. It's why no two batches get rushed, and why your
pegs don't exist until you ask for them.

If production runs longer than quoted, we'll email you before your
ship date and you can cancel for a full refund, no questions.

WHERE WE SHIP

United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not currently ship internationally.

TRACKING

Every shipment is tracked. You'll receive the number by email the day
your set leaves the workshop.

ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change
it while your set is still in production — email us. Once it ships, we
can't reroute it, and we can't replace packages delivered to an address
you gave us in error.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered and you don't have your package, contact
your carrier first, then email us. We'll help you file a claim.
